Fly by Night Musicians Club

The Fly by Night Musicians' Club is a not for profit member based community arts organisation founded in 1986 by musicians' and music lovers. 'The Fly' as it is affectionately known, is now based at the stunning Victoria Hall on High Street. The Fly is an iconic Fremantle live music venue with a rich history of musicians, actors, comedians, and even circus performers who have showcased their talent on the Fly's stage over the last 28 years with thousands of local, national and international artists performing at the club. The Fly has provided a launch pad for many local bands since 1986 including some of WA's biggest exports... John Butler Trio, The Waifs, Eskimo Joe, San Sisco, The Panics, Tame Impala, End Of Fashion... and many more who have started off their careers with the assistance of the club's facilities.

Fremantle Workers Social & Leisure Club

The Fremantle Workers Club is a community meeting place where our hundreds of members and their guests come together to enjoy the diversity and community spirit that is Fremantle.Live music and dancing are popular activities at the Club and the Club boasts one of the best dance floors in Fremantle as well as great accoustics. On Sunday afternoons, country rock bands attract large numbers of members and guests who love dancing. The Club also provides a variety of live music every Friday evening:Blues, Folk, Celtic, a ukelele band or a good-old sing-along. Members can enjoy music while eating an inexpensive but superb meal from the Billy Clare Club Cafe or enjoying a drink with friends. The Club is a popular venue for live music concerts including overseas and interstate artists. Guests are welcome and we encourage them to become members.

Hilton Park Bowling Club

We are a full service community, recreation and bowls club. We love live music, community events, bowls and functions.The club has all the right ingredients that make a good choice for functions: Renovated spring-board supported dance floor; one of the best in the area! Large bar area and bar facilities with 10 beers on tap, wine, spirits, soft-drink and a large choice of Australian and imported stubbies, Barbeque and commercial kitchen facilities to cater for large groups. In-house catering available with a wide selection of dietary and culinary options, 3 grass greens for bowling along with bowls and equipment hire. Pool table, darts and gaming area, PA system, microphone and digital tv's for display, Several large alfresco areas overlooking the green pastures of the Hilton Sports Reserve.

Jazz Fremantle Inc

Our main aim is to promote live jazz to the wider community and to this end we have provided a showcase for several community bands plus various school and community orchestras. We have a strong commitment to young musicians and have held fund- raisers to assist several to make overseas trips for advanced study and performance. Jazz Fremantle hosts a program of modern and mainstream jazz each Sunday afternoon (excluding long weekends) from 4 till 7pm at the Fremantle Navy Club. Level 2, 64 High Street Fremantle.

Navy Club

Navy Club Incorporated owns the top two floors of 64 High Street, Fremantle (corner of Pakenham Street). It is accessed by lift from the foyer. The Club is free of encumberances, with nearly 500 members from all walks of life. Any person over 18 years of age may apply for membership. All visiting service personnel are deemed honorary members of the Club upon evidence of their service. The 3rd level Observation Deck provides a quiet place to drink, with panoramic views of the city, harbour and ocean. This level is open seven days per week. The 2nd level Function Room has a large stage, projector and 108" screen. It is used for meetings, conferences, sporting and cultural events. Jazz Fremantle have a booking every Sunday afternoon. It is available for hire by members for weddings or parties.

North Fremantle Bowling Club

We are a community club run as a not for profit. We have live music, lawn bowls, futsal soccer, BBQ, kitchen facilities, full sound and lighting, wide open spaces and we are kid friendly. We back onto Gordon Dedman Park and there is a clear view to the playground and skate park. All our amazing staff volunteer their time to help make the club run and as such you will get the most helpful, friendly,caring staff possible for your upcoming event. In Summer we are open from 3pm – 7pm every Friday and Sunday for barefoot bowling. No need to book, just come down. For bowling on Saturday afternoons, we'll open up for bookings of 20 people or more if there are no exclusive bookings. North Fremantle Bowling Club is available for hire for Birthday's, Weddings, Engagement Parties, Corporate Functions, Band nights, Fundraisers and all other events.

The Gaslight Club

Fly By Night presents Freo’s newest Blues Club ‘for people with open minds’- The Gaslight Club! Named in honour of one of the most important venues in Perth in the 60s! Each and every Wednesday will be a new line up of blues artists, and when we say blues it includes African, Fado, Rembetika, Soul, Funk, Jazz etc... this will not be a club for purists!
