In 2016, the Fremantle Festival will continue its evolution to become a fully curated arts festival highlighting Fremantle’s vibrant culture and providing inspiration for festival goers and artists alike.
Centred around the festival hub at the Fremantle Town Hall and incorporating selected key venues such as the Fremantle Arts Centre, the ten-day festival presents a range of high quality and thought provoking ticketed and free shows.
Festival favourites Wardarnji aboriginal cultural celebration, Children's Fiesta and the Street Parade will all be making a comeback alongside highlights of this year's program including speakers Waleed Aly, Clementine Ford and Stan Grant, music from Bernard Fanning, CW Stoneking and The Drones, a boundary pushing classical music program, a range of original theatre productions and much, much more!
