Night Stalk

Bring your torch and look for nocturnal creatures with us. Be inspired by the sounds, smells and sights of nature after dark! You will get an art pack to take home, to journal about your discoveries. WA Museum celebrates NAIDOC Week 2018

Create amazing art with your child. In this unstructured class you are free to explore your own art ideas and try drawing with natural objects at your own pace. The Grey Company: Here Come The Pirates

It’s a pirate battle! A pillaging band of pirates has struck again, and this fabulous bunch of rogues are taking no prisoners in their search for booty. Join the crew from the Grey Company as they showcase their expertise in historical combat and re-enactment, bringing the glamour and glory of the golden age of piracy to a live-action battle demonstration at the Maritime Museum. Demonstration Combat: 10.30am, 11.30am, 1pm Activities free.  WA Maritime Museum adult entry fees apply. The New Christs

The have landed! Radio Birdman’s Rob Younger is once again ready to hit the stage with legendary band of rock stalwarts The New Christs. The band will be drawing on material from the wealth of riches in their 30 year plus back catalogue and performing these with the vicious attitude, swagger and attack they are renowned for. The New Christs will perform at The Fly By Night Musicians club,  for a one off show this July 21st 2018. In this three hour class, you will learn basic jewellery making skills, including how to assemble hardware and decorative elements using pliers, jump rings and eye pins.
